What are your hours?
We’re open 365 days a year!
Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: We may have limited hours on major holidays. Check in with the gym directly or follow us on Instagram for updates.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting the gym in person or canceling through our app.
We require 30 days notice for all cancellations.
If your billing has already processed for the month, no refund will be issued, but future billing will stop after the 30-day period.

Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, freezes are allowed once per year under the following conditions:
Medical leave (up to 3 months)
Pregnancy (up to 6 months)
A $5/month freeze fee applies

What is the Annual Enhancement Fee?
This fee is billed 3 months after your join date and goes directly toward upgrading the gym with new equipment and amenities. It’s our commitment to keeping Rare Breed top tier.

Do you offer guest passes?
Yes! We offer a variety of flexible guest pass options. Fees will vary depending on the length of your guest pass.

What happens if my payment is late or declined?
A $20 service fee is applied to all failed or returned payments.
If your account is more than 7 days past due, it is considered in default.

After 2 consecutive missed payments, access to the gym is suspended until the account is brought current.

Are there any Rare Breed–specific rules I should know about?
Yes! To protect our members and keep our space respectful and safe, we have a few key policies:

1. RE-RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! Forget to re-rack once? You’ll get a friendly warning.
Forget twice? Your gym privileges will be suspended. Cleaning up after yourself is not optional.

2. PHOTOGRAPHY POLICIES:
a. No tripods on the gym floor without management approval.

b. We offer content hours for creators—ask us about access

c. Professional photo shoots require prior approval.

d. No filming others without their consent.

e. Shirts must be worn in all gym areas except locker rooms and the posing room.

f. No vaping or smoking inside the facility.

g. Powder chalk is not allowed. Liquid chalk is okay—just keep it clean.
